Terms and conditions and privacy policy of attendance for Estonian Bass Oasis

Estonian Bass Oasis is organized by Red Panda Invest OÜ and SA Võru Kannel. This document sets out the terms and conditions between Red Panda Invest OÜ and Estonian Bass Oasis attendee and guest ticket holders.

By purchasing a ticket for Estonian Bass Oasis, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of another individual, the responsibility is placed on the person purchasing to ensure the person attending the event is aware of these terms and accepts them.

Red Panda Invest OÜ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted to bassoasis.com website. This version of terms and conditions is applicable from 24 May 2022.

Piletid
Access to Estonian Bass Oasis activities is with a personal ticket purchased from Estonian Bass Oasis website (www.bassoasis.com). Information about the activities and benefits granted by a specific ticket is presented on the corresponding sign-up page on bassoasis.com and sent to the ticket purchaser email.

Guest tickets are only available with the purchase of attendee ticket.

All prices indicated on bassoasis.com website are in euros and include Estonian VAT 20%.

Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including travel) shall be borne solely by the attendee and Red Panda Invest OÜ shall have no liability for such costs.

Purchasing the tickets and terms of payment
Estonian Bass Oasis tickets can be purchased through bassoasis.com. Ticket purchaser needs to fill out a sign-up form for the chosen ticket type at the corresponding ticket web page. Number of requested guest tickets must be indicated on the sign-up form. After submitting the sign-up form, each ticket purchase request will be reviewed by Red Panda Invest OÜ. In case the information during sign-up was incomplete, the ticket purchaser will be contacted by email for clarification within 3 days. In case sign-up form is correctly filled out, the ticket purchaser will be sent an email within 3 days indicating the total price of the order (including all requested guest tickets) and instructions to access payment page.

The following methods of payment are available:
– Bank wire transfer
– Credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard
– Online Baltic bank payments: SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, Citadele, LHV, Coop, Šiaulių bankas

Verification of payment may be requested for the purpose of resolving possible disputes about the purchase.

Attendee and guest tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Ticket purchase is finalized when Red Panda Invest OÜ has received full payment of the order total. A confirmation email will be sent to each ticket purchaser once the order is finalized.

Attendees can request additional guest tickets by sending a request email to info@bassoasis.com. Due to limited availability of attendee and guest tickets, Red Panda Invest OÜ reserves the right to decline such requests when all allocated tickets have been sold.

By carrying out any transactions on the website, the ticket purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years old, a natural person with active legal capacity (natural persons of limited legal capacity aged 7-18 confirm respectively that they have the consent of their legal guardian, who has provided them with the means to purchase the ticket) or that they are a legal person, whose representative has all rights to do transactions on behalf of the legal person and to take on obligations on behalf of that legal person.

Attending the event
After successful payment of ticket for Estonian Bass Oasis, a registration confirmation will be emailed to the ticket purchaser. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your email spam folder. In case you have not received the confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us via email info@bassoasis.com. Please present this email confirmation and valid ID to claim your Estonian Bass Oasis attendee and guest passes and check in to the accommodation. The pick-up location and opening hours will be communicated by email at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Estonian Bass Oasis attendees will take part in bass guitar tutoring. Each attendee is required to bring their own bass guitar to the event. A rental bass guitar can be requested during ticket purchase, but Red Panda Invest OÜ does not guarantee that such request can be accommodated. Ticket purchaser will be notified by email about the availability of rental bass guitar along with other payment details.

Red Panda Invest OÜ may be required by government regulations to check visitors’ infection safety. In case such checks will be required, relevant information will be posted on bassoasis.com.

Refunds and cancellations
All tickets are non-refundable.

It is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party by assigning it if the ticket has been fully paid. Ticket holder name or any other information can be changed by contacting info@bassoasis.com. Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email.
Red Panda Invest OÜ will not be liable for granting of any visas that are required to attend Estonian Bass Oasis. In case attendee or accompanying guest visa is not granted, tickets will not be refunded.

Event cancellation, postponement and substitution
While tutors and activities for Estonian Bass Oasis are confirmed at least one month before the event, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations and cancellations of the tutors and program. As such, Red Panda Invest OÜ reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised tutors and/or activities if necessary, without any liability whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on bassoasis.com webpage as soon as possible.

If the event is being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), ticket buyers will be refunded the total price of the purchased ticket(s). Red Panda Invest OÜ does not hold itself liable for any other expenses incurred.
In case of rescheduling Estonian Bass Oasis, tickets may be returned by a deadline to be determined by Red Panda Invest OÜ.

Liability
Red Panda Invest OÜ will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property howsoever caused. Red Panda Invest OÜ will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. Each participant must make provision for their own insurance.

Red Panda Invest OÜ reserves the right to refuse admission to any activity or event for any behavior, which it deems unacceptable, or for breach of the terms and conditions.

Photography and recording
Mobile devices and cameras are allowed at the event, except cameras can be forbidden by the organizer at concerts organized as part of Estonian Bass Oasis. It is allowed to take photos for personal purposes. Attendees are responsible for compliance with all applicable intellectual property, privacy and publicity laws, rules and regulations.

Red Panda Invest OÜ has the right to film, photograph and capture attendee likeness with any media at Estonian Bass Oasis without any further approval or any payment to the attendee.

All the content at Estonian Bass Oasis website (www.bassoasis.com) belongs to Red Panda Invest OÜ. Using, copying or spreading the content in any way is not allowed without written permission issued by Estonian Bass Oasis, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Privacy policy
Red Panda Invest OÜ collects, processes and uses attendee data (name, birth date, email, phone, billing address and profile) and guest data (name, birth date) for the purposes of processing the purchase of the tickets and reserving accommodation. We collect this data on our website or over email.

Red Panda Invest OÜ is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees. We do not rent or sell your contact information or other personal information to any third parties. We only share the names and birth dates of Estonian Bass Oasis attendees and their guests with Estonian Bass Oasis accommodation providers. Email and other contact information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely to send information about ticket purchase and other essential communications regarding attendance of the event. Data collected is retained for up to 7 years.
